April 18, 2022 — After two years of pandemic-necessitated accommodations, the Summit Youth Academy will be returning to the Southwestern College campus in the summer of 2022. After the success of the Summit Youth Academy last summer, Rev. Wendy Mohler-Seib was tapped to organize a confirmation camp for Wichita districts by district superintendent Mitch Reece. For seven days at the end of July, 36 rising high school juniors and seniors from around Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and as far away as Mexico attended the Summit Youth Academy on the campus of Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.
